YardVision Pro ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Lead and project information
The App allows you to store lead details, project notes, and quote drafts. This information is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
3. Property and design metadata
The App may process property measurements, design concepts, and quote assumptions. These outputs are intended for estimation workflows and must be verified before construction.
4. Communication workflows
If you use follow-up messaging features, you are responsible for collecting valid customer consent and honoring opt-out requests according to applicable law.
5. Purchases
If you purchase or restore in-app products, transactions are processed by Apple (StoreKit). We do not collect or store payment card details.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
