1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PoolCheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
PoolCheck is a logging and documentation tool for pool operations. It does not replace local health code guidance or professional chemical advice.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying facility requirements, entering accurate values, and taking appropriate corrective actions.
5. Dosing guidance disclaimer
Any dosing suggestions are estimates for convenience and may not reflect all site variables or jurisdiction rules.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple via StoreKit. Billing and refunds follow Apple policies.
7. Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
