1. Acceptance
By downloading or using InspectKit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
InspectKit is a documentation and reporting workflow tool for inspectors. It does not provide engineering, structural, legal, or regulatory advice.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of inspection findings, report content, client information, and any professional conclusions you include in generated reports.
5. Report outputs
Generated reports are tools to assist your workflow. You are responsible for ensuring your reports, disclaimers, and deliverables meet local standards, licensing rules, and client requirements.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Paid plans are offered through Apple via StoreKit. Pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple policies and your App Store account settings.
7. Availability and changes
We may update or modify App features over time and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to App use.
