1. Overview
InspectKit ("the App") is operated by SoftLog ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.
2. Local-first inspection records
Inspection metadata, client details, templates, notes, annotations, and generated reports are stored locally on your device by default.
3. Photos and annotations
Photos captured during inspections and any markup or annotation data remain on your device unless you explicitly export a report or share files.
4. No required cloud account
The App is designed to work without user accounts, external APIs, analytics SDKs, or third-party cloud services for core workflows.
5. Optional Apple services
If optional iCloud sync is enabled in a future version, syncing will use Apple infrastructure tied to your Apple ID. We do not operate our own storage backend for inspection data.
6. Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not collect or store payment card information.
7. Data exports
Reports, backups, and exported inspection data are generated on-device and shared only through destinations you choose.
