1. Acceptance
By downloading or using MileLedger, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by SoftLog.
3. Purpose and limits
MileLedger is a mileage documentation tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or regulatory advice and does not file IFTA returns on your behalf.
4. Filing responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing exports, validating jurisdiction totals, and meeting all filing deadlines and legal obligations.
5. Location services
Mileage features may rely on device location access and can be affected by permission settings, battery modes, and signal availability.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple policies.
7. Availability and updates
We may modify or discontinue features and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftLog is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
