1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Jojo ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Operator
The App is operated by Raphael Momanyi ("we", "us").
3. Purpose
Jojo is a Japanese language learning tool that presents short video clips with interactive transcripts, vocabulary review, and optional explanations. It does not provide academic credit, immigration advice, or professional translation services.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use learning content, for keeping your device secure, and for complying with Apple’s App Store terms. Do not misuse the App to scrape, redistribute, or interfere with third-party video platforms.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Jojo may offer Jojo Pro access through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Entitlement delivery is assisted by RevenueCat.

7. Availability and changes
We may modify features, clip libraries, or pricing over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular clip will remain available.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raphael Momanyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
